Designed for sugar washes, it delivers rapid results while producing a clean, high alcohol output. The unique nutrient blend and heat-tolerant yeast strain allow it to keep fermenting even at elevated temperatures, making it ideal for warmer climates or challenging brewing conditions. Perfect for home distillers seeking speed without compromising on quality, this turbo yeast can produce up to 14% ABV in just a few days.

Instructions for use

• Mix hot and cold water to make 21 litres at 20° Celsius.
• Add 6 kg of sugar, stir until completely dissolved, then add the sachet of yeast.
• The wash should be fermented out in 3-4 days at 25° Celsius, or 2-3 days at 35° Celsius. Do not exceed 40° Celsius.
• Net Weight: 140 g

Tips:

• Avoid temperatures above 40°C as this may kill the yeast.
• Use a suitable fermenter with an airlock for best results.
• For a cleaner final product, allow the wash to settle or use a clearing agent before distillation.
