Constructed from the highest quality materials, the T500 Pro is crafted with precision using T2-grade copper for the column and cold finger coil, complemented by durable stainless steel tri-clamp ferrules. The use of copper in the spirit path enhances the distillation process by reducing unwanted compounds, ensuring a cleaner, smoother finish. Food-grade, high-temperature silicone seals are included for use in the tri-clamp connections.
The T500 Pro features a thermowell at the top of the column for accurate vapour temperature monitoring, a beeping alarm thermometer with adjustable high and low temperature alerts, and robust 2” tri-clamp fittings for a secure, modular setup. The detachable product condenser and removable cold finger cooling coil offer added versatility, while improved water efficiency saves up to 30% compared to the original T500, depending on usage.
Ideal for producing clean, neutral alcohol, the T500 Pro delivers exceptional clarity and purity in every run. It can reach up to 93% ABV and recover up to 95% of the alcohol from your wash—producing a neutral spirit that’s ideal for vodka or as a base for flavourings, gins, and other botanical spirits. The T500 Pro is perfect for distilling water, thanks to the combined performance of copper and stainless steel saddles, which aid in the effective removal of impurities.
The Still Spirits Create+ Boiler 25 L is the recommended boiler base for use with the Create+ T500 Column & Condenser and the Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser. With a maximum capacity of 25 litres, the Boiler 25 L is designed for distillers seeking precise control and versatile functionality. It features dual element control switches to provide more control during distillation. The Boiler 25 L comes complete with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 threaded adapter, allowing for connection to 2" tri-clamp accessories, so you can experiment with different setups and attachments.
Dual element control switches provide more control during distillation - when both switches are in the ON position, the element will be supplied full power of 2200W (1600 if using a US/CA unit). When one switch is in the OFF position, it will only consume 1100W (or 1100W/500W if using a US/CA unit) of power.

The Still Spirits Create+ Alembic Copper Dome & Condenser bundle is designed to produce high quality distilled water, hydrosols, and flavoursome spirits. When paired with any 30cm opening Boiler such as SZZ 25 Litres Boiler or Still Spirits Create+ Boiler 25 L or Grainfather G30*, the Alembic Condenser retains and enhances the flavours and aromas from a wash, making it ideal for crafting spirits like whiskey, bourbon, rum, and gin.
The Alembic Copper Condenser features a 2" tri-clamp connection and the dome comes with a 2" tri-clamp to DN40 Threaded Adapter for easy connection to 2" tri-clamp accessories, providing your customers with the ability to trial different distilling configurations.
The Alembic Condenser is also compatible with the Grainfather Alembic Condenser Attachment Kit and Distilling Lid*, it can convert a G40 or G70 into a Pot Still, making it suitable for distilling larger batches of all-grain spirits.

Legality
Is it legal to use a still in Australia?
In Australia you can use a still of up to 5lt capacity without a distillers license for either water purification or essential oil extraction.
Please note: You must have a license to produce alcohol using a still more than 5 Litres in Australia.
It is not legal to separate water and alcohol via distillation in a still without a permit.
