Please make sure to put the Sodastream cylinder on the correct side.  The sodastream cylinder thread can actually fit both sides of this adaptor, but the CO2 cylinder only fit's into the ROUND SIDE.  As a result you MUST put the Sodastream cylinder into the HEXAGONAL SIDE.
