This should be kept for your personal stocks.\u003c\/li\u003e\r\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\r\n\u003cul\u003e\r\n\u003cli\u003eSecond Soaking: add a further 2.3 litres of spirit and soak for 10 - 24 days depending on taste. drain and filter as per First Soaking.
