It comes with the apple concentrate as well as the yeast which is used for fermentation to make it a whole brew kit.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003ePerfect for those long hot summer days.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis Cider kit can be brewed with 1kg dextrose or for a better cider try brewing it with our Beer Improver which contains light dried malt extract and dextrose.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe stats for this cider are:\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eExpected Original Gravity: 1.0034\u003cbr\u003eExpected Final Gravity: 1.0002\u003cbr\u003eExpected ABV: 4.8%\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe finished Morgan Cider will be dry, a bit like 5 Seeds Crisp Apple cider.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIf you like your cider sweeter then back sweetening will be required.\u003cbr\u003eMedium Sweetness: Add 250g of lactose or maltodextrin.\u003cbr\u003eSweet: Add 500g of lactose or maltodextrin.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIf bottling, a non-fermentable sweetener such as lactose or maltodextrin needs to be used to prevent over carbonation.
