Fit the lid and swirl the water around inside to cover all internal surfaces. Run a little through your fermenter tap. For Bottle Sanitisation put 5L of water into a sink or basin (just prior to bottling) and stir in 2 tbsp. Place bottle caps in solution. Part fill each bottle about 1\/3 to 1\/2 full. Shanke so that the liquid contacts all surfaces. Drain off sanitiser after use. No Rinse Sanitiser must contact all surfaces that will contact the fermenting liquid.
