-
Yeast Included: Every kit comes with a high-quality, style-specific brewing yeast safely secured under the lid to ensure a vigorous and clean fermentation.
-
Sessionable Strength: Produces beers with an approximate ABV of 4.0% - 4.5% (depending on the exact style and added fermentables).
What Else Do You Need? To complete your brew, you will need basic homebrewing equipment and 1kg (2.2 lbs) of additional fermentables:
-
For a standard, crisp finish: Add 1kg of Brewing Sugar (Dextrose).
-
For an upgraded, premium brew (Recommended): Substitute the sugar for 1kg of Dry Malt Extract (DME) or a Liquid Brew Enhancer. This will significantly improve the beer's mouthfeel, malt richness, and head retention!
